What is a work ticket?
A work ticket is your shift in Tixs: the working hours, location, and team details in one place. Each saved work ticket counts as one shift toward your plan.
What counts as a shift?
One saved shift counts as one shift, regardless of team size. Each shift saved with AI counts separately. Drafts and edits don’t count; deleting a shift doesn’t restore its allowance.
How does the free shift plan work?
Your account includes 10 shifts total, with no credit card required. This is a one-time allowance and does not reset monthly. Your existing shifts remain accessible if you reach your limit.
What are Workbases?
Workbases give your work a shared home for pages and records. They’re included with Business. Invited readers can access shared Workbases while the owner’s eligible plan is active. Saved Workbases are retained if that plan ends.
What happens at my monthly shift limit?
Paid allowances reset each billing month and don’t roll over. Choose a larger plan if you need more shifts. You won’t be automatically moved to a higher price. Business supports up to 1,000 shifts each billing month.
Does one subscription cover Shifts and Events?
No. Shifts and Events are separate subscriptions with separate allowances. Choose the plan you need for each product. Workbases are included with Shift Business.
