Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tixs.ai and its event, ticketing, seating, shift scheduling, and Workbase tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in codes, invitation links, and ticket links. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms; minors may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted by law.

Organizers, events, and shifts

Organizers are responsible for their listings, event delivery, venues, safety, accessibility, permissions, and communications with attendees. Scheduling a shift does not itself create an employment relationship with tixs or guarantee that a worker will attend. Employers and organizers are responsible for wages, worker classification, insurance, and other applicable obligations.

Check the event or shift details before accepting an invitation or buying a ticket. A demonstration, preview, estimate, or draft is not a confirmed reservation, purchase, or staffing commitment. Seat selection is confirmed only through the applicable completed booking flow.

Tickets, payments, and refunds

Review the price, currency, fees, taxes, and event-specific conditions shown before paying. Payment services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Event ticket purchases and shift subscriptions are separate products.

For event changes, cancellations, or refund requests, contact the organizer using the information on your event or invitation. Any organizer refund policy must comply with applicable law. Contact tixs if you need help with a platform payment issue. These terms do not remove statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights.

Subscriptions

The pricing and checkout pages describe plan limits and charges. Paid monthly plans renew until canceled. You can cancel through Manage billing; access continues through the paid period as described on the pricing page. Free allowances and paid billing-period allowances are different. Deleting an item does not necessarily restore an allowance. Any required notices or consent for price changes will be provided before those changes apply.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give tixs permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing it with the recipients you select and processing it through service providers.

Only upload information and materials you have permission to use. Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, or infringing activity, unsolicited messages, unauthorized access, or interference with the Service. Obtain required permissions before uploading other people’s personal information or sending invitations.

AI and third-party services

AI-generated plans and suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review dates, locations, prices, staffing, and other details before relying on them or saving a plan. AI output is not legal, employment, safety, or other professional advice. Avoid entering sensitive information into AI prompts. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We may change features, correct errors, or restrict access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of user content, or the performance of events or third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, tixs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms and will identify the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. For questions or concerns, contact hello@tixs.ai.
