The free allowance is 100 tickets total across your events. Both free and paid tickets count. Shifts use their own separate plan.
Paid ticket allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over. Pending checkouts reserve ticket allowance until payment or confirmed expiry. Issued tickets remain counted after refunds, cancellation, or deletion.
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices are USD, before any applicable tax. Stripe processing fees apply to paid tickets.
Changing plans does not reset usage within the current billing period. You are never automatically upgraded.
